All purchases will be sent as registered post with tracking number, within 2 days of your payment. (Usually items are posted the next working day after payment is received).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY – We ship from Australia and/or Bulgaria – delivery time to US, CANADA, EU etc is around 5 – 15 days from sending with registered post and tracking number via USPS.

Note: International orders can take up to 2 weeks. If you don’t receive your parcel within around 4 weeks let us know! In most cases parcels sent overseas arrive in 5 – 10 days.

Orders are dispatched from nationwide locations. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days after purchase. Some items are of limited stock and may take up to 10 business days to source. Customers will be notified of any dispatch delays.
Please note that during SALE periods orders may take an extra 3-4 days to dispatch on top of normal dispatch times.
After dispatch, Standard delivery to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 3 business days and between 3 to 5 business days for regional areas.
Please note, that we do not ship to all countries. if your country is not included in the “estimate shipping and tax” drop down, then we dont ship there.
